Kairo's Mind-Body Connection Program intergrates practices that address both mental and physical aspects of Recovery. Our elite fitness and yoga instructors incorporate elements of intentional movements, mindfulness breathing techniques, corrective exercises, and our powerful trauma, and anxiety  relief boxing class. This Mind-Body Connection Program will unleash the strength that resides where the mind and body unite!


Holistic fitness is a breed of training which addresses the whole person, not just their physical training. The aim is to work towards wellness, achieving physical fitness through a combination of mental and physical avenues.
